[Dio certainly didn't expect to see him bulk up or turn out to be really ripped under his clothing. Despite how he looked, Dio was used to sleeping around with people who were really rather average! He was an anomaly, back in Cairo, but it was not necessarily a person's body that was what Dio was attracted to, and as long as Adachi was still interested in him, still praised him, whether verbally or not, he wasn't about to turn down a good thing.
